Manual Stacker Buying Guide: Selection Parameters

Select the ideal manual hydraulic stacker for your warehouse by analyzing load capacities, mast structural profiles, fork adjustments, and wheel types.

Understanding Your Warehousing Requirements

In many stockrooms, retail depots, and factory floors, a manual hydraulic stacker is the most cost-effective and reliable lifting machine. It requires no fuel or charging systems, has a compact footprint, and can lift loads to rack height. However, selecting the wrong model can lead to operational inefficiency or load mismatch. This guide details the essential selection parameters to consider before purchasing a manual stacker.

1. Rated Load Capacity

The weight of your pallets is the first major selection criterion. Overloading a manual stacker is unsafe and can damage the hydraulic pump seals. Our catalog features models that cater to varying load weights:

This is a critical checkpoint. Standard manual stackers have support legs situated directly beneath the forks. These are compatible only with open-bottom pallets. 4. Wheel Materials for Floor Types

The wheel type affects how easily the operator can move the stacker over different floor surfaces:
